Dragonflight – Thaldraszus Herbalism Route For Titan-Touched Herbs

Thaldraszus is a rather difficult zone to navigate even with maximum Dragonriding skill. This makes herb gathering rather difficult. But on the other hand, the incidence of Titan-Touched herbs is much higher here than in the other zones. Thus, it is a great place to gather Rousing Order via Herbalism. So in this post, we’re going to point out a route that focuses on Titan-Touched herbs in Thaldraszus.

Requirements:

• Dragonflight Herbalism
• Mastering the Elements Herbalism trait unlocked
• Capped Dragonriding Skill
• The GatherMate2 addon (optional)

Where to go:

A good place to start your herb gathering session in Thaldraszus is Tyrhold. So, teleport to Valdrakken and fly east to Tyrhold (57, 58).

What to do:

Follow the route above and gather all the herbs that you can find. As a general idea, the areas that you shouldn’t leave unchecked are:

• Tyrhold (57, 58)
• The area at the Temporal Conflux around (59, 83)
• Stormshroud Peak (46, 79)
• The area around Gardens of Unity (37, 68)
• The Shadow Pass (46, 64)
• Steelcliff Passage (50, 51)
• Eclipse Lake (54, 38) and the floating island above it.

Needless to say, save your Overload Elemental Herb ability for the Titan-Touched herbs to gather as much Rousing Order as possible.

The area at Stormshroud Peak (46, 79) isn’t too rich in herbs, but there are many spawn points for Disturbed Dirt and Expedition Scout’s Packs, so it’s worth visiting. You can get Primal Chaos and Dragon Shards of Knowledge from them, as well as many reputation tokens and trash loot with a fairly decent vendor value.

Loot:

After one hour of gathering herbs following the route above, I got the following valuables:

• Hochenblume x 298
• Saxifrage x 14
• Writhebark x 44
• Bubble Poppy x 50
• Rousing Frost x 13
• Rousing Air x 3
• Rousing Ire x 7
• Rousing Order x 105
• Lava Beetle x 15

Also, after selling the trash loot found in all the Disturbed Dirt and Expedition Scout’s Packs, I got approx. 1900g.

Now, depending on your Herbalism spec, you may gather fewer or more materials and herbs, of higher or lower quality. But nonetheless, if you have the Overload Elemental Herb ability, you should be able to get a fairly decent amount of Rousing Order.

For the run above, my Herbalism spec was something like this, plus Bountiful Harvests, Floriculture, and Arboriculture fully capped.

Tips:

In order to be more efficient at gathering herbs, it’s best to put your first 40 Knowledge Points in Botany. This will grant you the ability to gather herbs while mounted.

You can use Aerated Phials of Deftness, Crystalline Phials of Perception, or Steaming Phials of Finesse to improve your Herbalism stats. These are BoP phials, though. So, if you also have Alchemy, you can craft them yourself. If not, you can obtain them via Crafting Orders.

When passing through Tyrhold, you can pull some of the elites on the surface, especially if you have good gear and can kill them fast. They drop Glowing Titan Orbs, which still sell for a fairly decent amount of gold as they’re important reagents for various crafts.
